| We were so impressed by the way you handled large events and Christmas was a large event. | Had a lovely meal on Saturday evening. The food was excellent as usual, as was the service. Do you ever give out your recipes? We came on New Years Eve and had the Prune & Armagnac Cheesecake for dessert. I have never tasted cheesecake like it and have scoured the internet for a recipe. I do understand if it is a trade secret!! |
